We pride ourselves on being fully licensed for our work and doing it with more integrity, knowledge, and expertise than our competition.
We provide our “no experience” new hires with an apprenticeship program (BFAAM). This is a fully paid apprenticeship that we pay for. Including all exams. After completion of this apprenticeship, they will be able to obtain their NICET I, NICET II and Michigan Fire Alarm License.
For experienced technicians, we have tons of programming courses/trainings that we provide and pay for. This includes Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access, Nurse Call, and Intrusion.
Total Fire & Safety hires positions in different departments like Sales, Engineering (CAD), Warehouse, Fire Alarm Inspectors (Foreman and Apprentice), Service Technicians, Installation Technicians (Foreman and Apprentice), Project Managers, and Repair Estimator/Report Reviewer.
